Moments - Poem by Bonnie Shipman

little things
moments of my time
if a day could be broken
into so many fragments
each one would be a snapshot
like a perfect polaroid
or an old time periscope scene
and they would be notes on a scale
sometimes two at a time
and I could analyze these moments
if my eyes
had the time
