Monday Morning - Poem by Bron Dayvid

I yawn and extend my arms as I take my first gaze into a new day
As I turn to my left there she lays calm and still as beautiful as the amazing evening b 4
I gaze deeply at her as to see to her soul to make us one caressing her body softly with my eyes while
My hands graciously assist
Awaiting the seconds when she too will lay her first sight upon my warm gentle face
The seconds feeling like eternity…… tamed love patiently waiting for her soul to take consciousness and we share a passionate kiss
Her eyes slowly begin to part as she comes to the last scene of a fantasy a dream that felt to her more than fiction as she didn’t quite want it to end so struggling to grab hold of the world in which she fell in love with and created in a mere 5 hours she blinks several times
But her soul unwilling to sacrifice another second to this fantasy world because it longed for its opposite but perfect match just on the other side of her closed eyes
So now she begins to wake up and she breathes lightly looks up and are souls rekindle their love from the night before and we shared the most passionate
