Monday Morning Blues Poem by Lars The man

Monday Morning Blues

It was those Monday mornings that Mr.Walltman did dread,
As soon as his feet would leave contact with his bed,
He would put on his suit and get ready for school,
When he arrives he would witness the kids attempting to be cool,
With their collars up and hair gelled,
Into class they would be yelled,
When the kids waltz in they would scream and shout,
The goody goody would then scream 'ah here leave it out',
But then the kid would be abused physically,
He'd then keep repeating 'names will never hurt me'
It was all too much for Walltman himself,
It was also extremely bad for his health,
Seeing all this madness on a day to day basis,
He used to imagine school being his dream oasis,
But that dream has died and gone,
And he hopes one day this ugly duckling would turn into a swan.
