Money If, Can Be Grown. Poem by SY Wong ...

Money If, Can Be Grown.

If money can be from trees I'll plant that kind of trees.
One would not be enough.
The leaves would be a currency.
Then, who would want to grow apples?
The world would plant those trees.
The same trees may cover the face of earth.
We don't need to work, only to employ those who have no possession of land.
We don't say hard earned money anymore but home grown.
The world would have only one kind of tree.
We all use the same currency.
Soil would be expensive, and also pieces of lands.
More expensive than anything.
Those who are rich would have rough hands.
In the past we used sea shells.
Still we can plant things like durians or grapes.
