Money Mug Poem by Robert Brendan

Money Mug

back in the restaurant
my favorite one that is
run by three sisters that
all came from the same
mother.
a real place this
you can tell.
they put randomness and
homestyle sentiment
into this established
meant.
they have mugs for the
coffee
no two are alike
today
I got the one with the
painting
of the seaside with the sun
making
a thick line of
yellow across the sky
as the clouds browse
from blue to magenta
click
into this vista
the villa
and lighthouse
atop the rocky shore.

in the bottom
right hand corner
there is one word printed
in yellow bold
times new roman with
the first letter
capitalized
Money.
