As I stand here and watch you leave...
Tears want to bust from my eyes
but I shut them tight so that’s not possible
you just grin at me
What changed you...
I want to smack you in your face
so hard that you will understand
what I feel now
I hate what you’ve become
It’s like I don’t even know you anymore...
It’s like you feel asleep
and the guy I loved never woke up
is he still in you somewhere?
Or did you become this because of me?
Is this all my fault?
you give me another smile
I hate your stupid smile now...
That was the smiled I’d walk miles for
even threw the gates of hell
but now that smile is the thing that kills me
I can never trust it again
I should have never laid eyes on you...
On your perfect dark chocolate hair
or your beautiful hazel eyes.
On your handsome smile
or on your giving heart
Why was I so stupid as to fall for you? ? ?
