Moon Poem by Bethany Waters

Moon

Rating: 4.5

Even the moon has abandoned
The drifter’s soul.
Only faint glimmers move across the sky
Light too brief to be caught
To far to be held in a jar
Or shared with a similar condition.
Gone to explore a new place
To break free of the infinite
And challenge the fated trail.
Leaving the stars stuck in their places

This is a great Poem, Bethany. The revolt like Promeatheus, challenging the Infinity, uncaring, daring, leaving the stars struck, not even a moon inside a drifter's soul.. all these are fantastic.10++
