Moon Dance Poem by shikha shanti

Moon Dance

Rating: 4.0

Mature Moon, Fully, Reaping
Tender moon, shyly sowing

All, the Harvest of our deeds,
the budding roses of our dreams,

Come, get lost in Her beauty....
in the Silvery strands of fragile light
tender bridges of twilight

Spiraling stars of infinities might
oceanic days blooming into flight!

Wedding bells ringing for timid hearts
calling attention in the dark

Eager youth at dawn tide
rinsing to kiss tenderly
His gentle and shy bride

both captured by Ancient memories
of devotion in sheltered hearts

Shiva's jeweled melody rises
Shakti shyly departs
carries, She, the sea's tides
upon the nativity's shore

observe..

The nuptials dancing at destiny's door
the silent soul whispering no more

Lovers united in Eternity
