~moon Mythology~ Poem by Ray Lucero

~moon Mythology~

"The moon is made of green cheese"
Others argue "It's just a hollow orb'
Placed there by a race from Sirius B
I say "Pass the crackers please"
"Let's eat this strange anomaly"

Indeed...

The Universe is full of wondrous things
Planets, asteroids, suns, and black holes
Filled with countless and diverse beings
Who may look different, yet kindred souls

Rejoice…

God in all His Wisdom could not afford
To allow creatures such as us be bored
