What comes to mind when you hear Mothers Day
What truly defines Mothers Day as a symbol for all types of moms.
Some moms are like the ones who grew up watching them on Tv
Let me tell you this
The Best Tv moms I seen on tv were
Boy Meets World-Amy Matthews
The original Fresh Prince of Bel Air-Aunt Vivian Banks
Good Times-Florida Evans
Young Sheldon-Mary Cooper
Leave it to Beaver-June Cleaver
Especially the Moms in the big screen
The one it really resonates the most with me the most was Momma Gump because she is one of the best moms I seen
Because my aunt Mederly Resto has all ingredients of a mom.
My biological mom Evelyn Resto in the other hand resembles Hannah in the Old Testament because she did her best to be there.
Moms come in different shapes and sizes
Moms are the original cookbooks in a kids world.
Some moms are different
Some moms are gifted
Some moms are unique
Some moms are trained to be a great mother
Moms don't need an instruction manual how to be a mom.

"Before I custom made you in your mom's belly I already knew you before you were born."
To be honest
I agree with the originator of Mothers Day
If you see your mom on Mother's Day
Give her a call
Give her a hug
Get her flowers
In my honesty
I seen a lot of Pastor wives who are there for the lost kid
But I forgot to mention
Mrs.Little from The novel Stuart Little
She describes acceptance in love.
A mom who doesn't have a kid
Can easily be mom to her whole neighborhood.
In the song from In the Heights
Alabanza
The song resonates to the person who never had a kid.
But you know what
That's ok
Because I know
There are many mother hens out there who look out for her chicks.
This Poem goes out to all The Mothers out there
