Mother's Eye Poem by Sayani Ghosh

Mother's Eye

Rating: 5.0

Those deep brown eyes
Holds a lots of ties
What kind of ties?
She holds the ties among the family
Which makes all the bond taste like honey

Those deep brown eyes
Hides and predicts a lot of lies
What kind of lies?
The lies are the cries which she never told
The love and care
When everyone gets cold

Those deep brown eyes
Never leaves a chance to sacrifice
Sometimes it maybe for her food
Which makes everyone feel good

Those deep brown eyes
Smiles when the new born cries
She's like the storm
Who keeps away the misery
But the effect of her presence makes everything calm
