Each and every day
Makes me wish that
We had never met
Going on and on on the lost cause
And the impending heart break
Gives no one pleasure
Only pain

So please move on
Nothing left for you and me here

And lets call it a day

The broken pieces everywhere
No one here to clean the mess
The shards of glass
Jutting uncomfortably here and there
A promise never fulfilled
Of sailing in the endless seas
Of navigating the treacherous waters
Instead capsizing before reaching

So please move on
To greener pastures

Only rough seas here

One thing you should know
About the best way forward
As this is not about you only
