Mum Of Six Poem by Kerrie Smith

Mum Of Six

Rating: 3.0

When I was young I did not know,
What I should do or where to go.
Did what I thought a woman should do,
And my little bumps grew and grew.

I had my babies and discovered me,
Crafty, Creative, what I love to be.
A busy mum but I still have dreams,
They sit beside my sewing machines.

Some people talk, judge my life.
Mum of six kids but never a wife.
I still go out and see my friends.
Because life goes on, it never ends.

Life’s just starting, you’ll see one day.
All my hard work will start to pay.
