My Special Boy Poem by Kerrie Smith

My Special Boy

Rating: 4.0

Woke with a smile, from my special boy.
He melts my heart, he fills it with joy.
His smile is contagious, his cute little eyes.
Running around and he rarely cries.
If I feel sad, he'll be there for me.
Kisses for mami as he sneaks my tea.
Dancing with me, kicking his ball.
Make me feel so proud, I stand tall.
Why would I want to be a wife.
Cause myself pain, when my boys my life.
He'll never hurt me or let me down.
And he makes me feel like I wear a crown.
