Mumma Bear Poem by Anonymous Jr.

Mumma Bear

She was the only one to love me
When I needed it more then ever
I always knew it was done unconditionally
And I knew it'd last forever
From the moment i was born
'Til the day im fully grown
This love for her, on my sleeve it's worn
It's the only thing I've ever known
There were always times where it was hard
Never knew if we'd have the food for a meal
That time JC lit the fire and our house was charred
I don't know how, but you could always deal
I remember sitting up all night hearing you cry
Seeing tears run down, hearing in your voice that shaky tone
Nights where I had dreams in which you die
And I awoke with cold sweat, and hot tears of my own
Places where we all have memories shared
Times spent with an Easy-Bake Oven under a bed
When Theo wasn't afraid to show that he cared
When you sent me to sleep just by lying your hand on my head
Yes for you Mumma Bear, I will always care
And for me as long as I need you, you will always be there
