</>Now I lay here and silently weep
Thoughts of you haunt my sleep
Broken and torn the tears will stream
Invulnerable or completely numb, it seems

Knew many and loved few
Your eyes now the glint on morning dew
Your smile now the warmth of the suns ray
Your memory essential to every day

Drawing strength out of the air
Lost in this world, it's hard to care
Can this happen? Is this real?
Pinch me now because I cannot feel

Reminiscing on you, the tears well in my eyes
My mind races and emotions rise
Please feel free to visit whenever
And if not, you will be remembered forever

For now we will all be left in tatters
But you're in a better place that's all that matters
