Music Elf - Poem by Laa Finita

He reminded me of a magician,
an elf, escaped from other world,
caressing the white and black piano's keys,
his thunder voice said: 'Hi, there'.

After that, memories're entangled,
but I clearly remember that first song.
He was guiding, I was following,
we learned that Bach's piece all along.

The melody landed on my chest,
I knew then, never to be erased.
The Wings of Music embraced me,
meaningless would be my life without them

In that simple turn of Destiny,
the music elf opened the gate:
unforgettable embroided melodies
are my soul, my bones, my flesh.
