Mustang Poem by Krystal ...

Mustang

Dusk arrives
The air is brisk
The grass covered in dew
As the fog lifts away
The sun is setting on the horizon
Sinking below the valley’s hillside
Stars are out
As dusk arrives

A tall figure standing in the last ray of sun
As his breath fills the air
As he looks out across the valleys
Watching the sunset
A cool breeze passes by
His hair swaying in the wind
And his coat tattered and torn from his long journey
The tall figure is now in total darkness

Laying down for the night
The moon is out
It casts a light over the valley
And makes it hard to sleep
But clouds pass by
So the dark figure can sleep
Sleep until early dawn
So he can begin his journey again
