My Apple Dreams Poem by Tee'k Aminu

My Apple Dreams

Gettin close and closer to tomorrow
As smile is quietly takin the place of
frown and sorrow
I shall shade under the apple tree
As I search for the golden flee.
Tomorrow never dies,
As my dreams are kept alive
Not afraid of fallin
As nightmares are but a common
illusion.
I shall walk on the best of carpets
While I blow diamond trumpets,
A Doctor I shall be titled, maybe a
Captain,
Never the less, I shall nurture my
dreams while I sail.
My apple dreams...
A castle in the sky,
And with time 'I shall learn to fly'
So high, so high 'to this moment, I'll
smile'.
