My Beautiful Lie Poem by Pious Nyomiro

My Beautiful Lie

In your lies I lie, tell me more
Whenever you say you love me, tell me more
I believe a lie, it's the reason we are together
In your arms I wish to die in
Even if I know there lie someone else
Elsewhere when am not there

In your shy smile I believe
Though I know you are holding it for someone else
When you cry and you are down I will be there
Even if I know the tears are not for me
I will try to bear the pain not to shed mine
I will dare not to ask you why
You don't feel the same way like I do
Because it's for someone dear you desire
That someone fill your thoughts

Deep inside I am troubled
This love thrills me one moment
The other moment it kills me
One night I will be with you
On my single bed on beautiful summer
One day I will wake up
Single again on my bed on chilly winter
