I'd like to introduce you
to my absolute best friend.
My comforter,
my secret keeper,
and my late night confidante.
My listener and supporter,
with ne'er and angery word:
who's there for me constantly,
and won't ever judge me.
The one to whom I share my thoughts,
and hopes, and dreams, and plans, and plots;
My best friend,
The Yellow Ten-Cent Notebook.
