My Best Friend Poem by Hillary Unknown

My Best Friend

Blond hair shines in the sunlight
As he smiles at me
And sends shivers down my spine
Blond and brown hair combine
As we lie side by side
We laugh and cry together
My best friend and I
I love him, and he doesn’t know
I pretend that I don’t
So he stays clueless
I wish I could tell him
But I want my friend
More than love
