Wish you were always with me
I can cuddle you and rub my
cheeks on your soft body

I can make you learn how to
Give flying kisses and talk about
Morning and night and much more

Wish you were always with me
I can show you how i love to
Wake up in the early morn and search
For you inside my room

I have loved you so much
But now you have gone to be with
All those shouting souls in the trees

I am happy the cage is empty
And you are flying free in the sky

I miss you so much my bird
My cute parrot- my friend for years
