My Cave Poem by Jade lee

There is a place I go to
In the back of my mind
No one have access to
I call this place my cave

From chaos and commotion
I hide to shed my tears
No cunning opinions there
No comfort and no joy

It’s a place to be alone
Deposit my pain and despair
Reemerge with room for more
Hopefully with a bit of joy too

It’s not a place I like to go
But I must find a way
To recover and to heal
So give me time to be alone
