My Country Poem by Upendra Majhi

King Bharat ruled so it is Bharat.
it is on bank of river Indus,
So it is India,
Here lived Shiva, Ram and Krishna,
Vedas were sung here very early time,
Here you are reborn time and again,
till you are pure, perfect, without blemishes.
Gandhiji taught non-violence type,
one century from now, not believable,
a very rare case is our country and glorious.
Invaders butchered millions here,
could not butcher its inner liver,
that stabilised all, again.
