God gave my family to me
A blessing giftwrapped so beautifully
My father, my mother, my brother, my husband, my children
They are the persons I love dearly.

When I'm fed up with things
They are always there for me
When things don't turn out right
They help me keep my sanity.

Oftentimes I lean on them
Sometimes they lean on me
Mostly it's enough for me
Just to know they're standing by.

Nothing can replace
Their spot in my heart
God gave them as my strength
In the harshness of life.
