My Favorite Flower Poem by shery vincent nazrath

My Favorite Flower

Many flowers are there
In my garden
All of them are ravishing
And different

But for me
From my childhood
You are the most elegant
My dear white Chempa.

Your external beauty
Never attract anyone
And difficult to identify
From long dark leaves

Just like the one who
Hide his deep love
In great silence
Believing himself nothing there.

Your secret fragrance
Make me mad
Of pleasure and love
Of pain and lose

As he break his silence
To flow his love to his dear
who will keep it for lifetime
Just once experienced.

Oh, my amazing Chempa
I never like to pluck you
Because if I do so
Will loose forever

I don't like to possess you
Stay as it is
If you stay there
At least I can appreciate you

I will water you
With my tears
And will keep your petals
In my heart.

I just read two of your poems, and as far as I can tell, you relate most everything in a way to relationships, if you know what I mean. Also, they have a shorter, choppier form, to the point where you read it in parts, but don't think I say this as a bad thing, I actually would say that in this case, it makes your poems better.
