My Favourite House - Poem by Joan Sacre

Oh how did I find you
Dear Can Moner Vell
Your welcome and warmth
I remember so well. I have waited with patience
To see you once more
And again feel the peace
As I walk through your door. Was it chance that decreed
We should meet you and I?
Or did fate take a hand?
I shall never know why. But whatever the answer
There always will be
A place in my heart
Reserved specially for thee.
