I love the rain
It keeps the people away
Alone I am sane
Elongating my stay
My favourite places are baren
Damp, dreary and wet
On this day I didn't mind sharing
For it's you I have met
The park and the water
That's where I'll be
Everything is quieter
It's just you and me
The only sunshine I love
Are the rays you provide
A gift from above
It's you by my side
