My Fiancée Poem by Andreas Derksen

I do like walkways where flowers grow wild,
but even more the look of your smile,
you are the one God chose for my life,
this is a joy like a birth of a child.

You know God's thoughts are incredibly deep,
when there is no way he lifts up our feet,
his blessings so rich like golden streets,
you are my fiancée you are so sweet.

I'll ask God for his blessings and to marry you soon,
hope goes beyond stars and back to the moon,
and I'll take it from there to be your bridegroom,
I hope you enjoyed my rhymes and a good afternoon.
