My Footprints - Poem by JoJo Bean

I walk along the beach
My footprints in the sand
I know I don't walk alone
You have me by the hand

But with all my burdens
The sea seems awefully black
It's time for me to ask
Can I have that piggyback

JoAnn it reminded me of a song called Footsteps by an Irish singer called Daniel O'Donnell. This poem is as beautiful as that song. Top marks and thanks for sharing it my friend.

Look for the 'Footprints in the Sand' and grab that hand and hold on with all the strength you can muster.....In the darkest hour we are taught, that that is when we truly are not alone...........I know, easy to write, not at all in theory........marci.xo (Report) Reply
