My friend we used to talk for hours on end What ever happened to us to destroy what we had back then
Did the love we have for each other destroy what we could have had
Did we Ruin the Friendship we tried so hard to get back
Should we have never came together As more than just friends Should we have never let our hearts control our heads
We started as lovers went to enemies and end as Friends
Did we screw it all up and can we ever make it back to there again We hope for another chance at the love we once had
But that will never happen if we can't
Just be friends
