My Friend
you've helped me all these years,
pushed me and surpassed all my fears,
picked me up and wiped my tears,
I hold you close to my heart,
you are special to me more then anyone,
for all the wonderful things you have done,
my life was so twisted, until you came along,
i felt so weak, and you make me feel strong,
you are all i have, and i see us together in the end,
For you will always be my FRIEND.
What a wonderful poem, just so beautiful, I am lucky enough to have a special friend in my life that has been an absolute Angel to me so this really hits home!
Very good poem and so heartfelt! Sometimes you don't need to be close to that special person to have them in your life, just knowing them is wonderful! Looking forward to more of your wonderful poems!

Selfless love based on helping the other will last. when selfishness come in, friendship begin to be destroyed. friendship and love should remain godly and heavenly..then it will last. you experience it now. thank you for this wonderful poem. tony
