My dear girlfriend, listen to me please,
I feel like I'm standing here with unease,
I appreciate the love that you give,
But lately, I feel like I'm alone to live.

I miss the way you used to care,
Now it seems like my heart's in despair,
I need you to be here and hold me tight,
To help me get through the darkest of night.

Why don't you ask me how my day was?
Or how I feel when things go awry does?
I long for the days when we talked for hours,
But now it feels like we've lost all our powers.

I need you to be by my side,
To wipe away the tears that I hide,
Please love me like you used to do,
Because, my dear, I still love you.

I'm not asking for much, just your time,
To know that you're always mine,
So let's work together, hand in hand,
And create a love that will always stand.

I know we can make this relationship strong,
Just by caring for each other all day long,
Together, we can make it work,
A love that's not just some trivial quirk.
