My Heart My Soul My Mind Poem by Betty Lee

My Heart My Soul My Mind

I'm not that old,
I'm strong and bold.
I do not easily overcome,
whom heart castle is like a dome.

My heart, my soul,
are like an open book,
may you take a look,
But its not my Heart you Took.

For now, I'm in control,
of my thoughts, my emotions.
Yet, I feel I'm losing myself,
drowning in your presence.

I only have one heart and soul,
I ask that you protect, console.
No one else can satisfy,
No one else can pacify.

If I have to live without you,
if fate was to be so unkind,
I swear right here and now,
you'd destroyed my heart, my soul, my mind.
