"My Heaven Is Where My Heart Is" Poem by Winston McKinney

"My Heaven Is Where My Heart Is"

My Heaven is were my heart is

From a long suffering journey my son has come,
a poverty stricken refugee in the lord's asylum
He is my first born son and I am a last born son,
he was governing himself now that is all done.

I am his provider and protector who has him at my right hand,
I provided him a mother named Mary without her laying with a man.
He is the meek who inherited my kingdom of heaven on earth.
What he trades it for is all his life will ever be worth.

He laid it all down with Jesus and is letting me again live,
To my heavenly spirit his flesh he contracted to give.
My own flesh went lifeless back in 1999,
Jesus hosts my spirit in this heavenly heart of mine.

My heaven is where my heart is and that is a fact,
My son laid it down with Jesus so I could come back.
Jesus hosts the spirits of the ones we love forever,
My immortality can only be my son's spiritual endeavor.

My heaven is where my heart is and Jesus is my truth
I have nothing to prove as the burden is on all of you.
My truth is self evident and void of any and all lies,
Who has the burden of proof your honor?
Has anyone evidence otherwise?

No greater love hath any man to give,
Than he lay down his life so another one may live.
The greatest authority they say is love,
No one I love more than my father above.

For his righteousness and wisdom it is that I thirst,
I love the lord so much because he loved me first.
His instructions and guidance I shall embrace,
I was made whole when (in the mirror) I saw his face.

My heaven is where my heart is and that is a fact,
I laid it all down with Jesus and my father came back.
My heaven is where my heart is and Jesus is my truth
I have nothing to prove as the burden is on all of you.

Jesus hosts the spirits of the ones we love forever,
My father's Immortality can only be myspiritual endeavor.
My truth is self evident and void of any and all lies,
Who has the burden of proof your honor?
Has anyone evidence otherwise?

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
My earthly father inspired this 18 years after his death. I was arrested and put in jail after having a years worth of compensation for my work taken by the arresting officer. Then they deemed me indigent or impoverished. Then I was deemed mentally incompetent and held for 7 months on 4 civil misdemeanors. I had to undergo a mental evaluation to determine my competency. When it was found that I had no mental problems they dropped the only charge that would give them probable cause to stop me in the first place. The other charges became fruit of a poison tree. I took political refugee status in my father's kingdom of heaven on earth. As a man of faith I am a foreigner in my own society.
My father Winston McKinney gave his name to five children from two failed marriages. I was the first born and only son he begotten custody of. He was the last born son of his father. Making us literally and self evidently the first and the last.
My father had blood type A+ and my blood type is O+.
Making us literally and self evidently The Alpha and Omega.
I do not claim to be the Messiah nor do I claim to be Jesus, so please do not put those words in my mouth.
I am but a Humble stone mason and self taught law scholar. who has built statutory construction of my truth self evident.
No one is obligated to believe or accept my truth as their own.
I respect your right to have your own religious and spiritual beliefs.
I only ask the same respect in return.
My truth is what I say it is and void of any lies, unless you can produce any evidence otherwise.
Love and respect to all without prejudice.
Thank you Jesus for hosting the spirit of my father who is still the most honest trustworthy man I have ever known..
