What would I do, without you
not to see your handsome face,
and the presence of your grace,
no one could ever take your place,

You always know the right things to say,
when I'm not having such a good day,
even when you joke around and play
those little things mean a lot to me
in such a big way.

No matter what I put you through
you have always been true,
and I know how important it is to you
that I never give up and follow through
to what it is I want to pursue.

I'll never forget that warm summer day
when you were ready to give the lord his praise,
I couldn't help but to follow you,
because you always know the right things to do,
so I as well was cleansed and renewed,

I just want to express my gratitude,
for you are my heart and soul,
without you I wouldn't feel whole,
I love you more than you'll ever know
you are my HERO.
