My Jealous Monster Poem by Kimberly Hope

My Jealous Monster

I gotta baby jealous monster,
he started out as just an egg.
And now that he's almost two months.
Well, he's almost bigger than me now.
I don't want him though,
wish he would live with people who love him.
I try to hide him real good in my shoe,
but he always creeps out.
He blurts out the wrong things,
at the utmost 'perfect' moments.
My Jealous Monster,
I love you dearly,
you remind me of all,
good and bad.
But I am sorry to say,
it is time we say our goodbye's to Mr.JM.
GOODBYE.
I need my own life to live.
Without you here by my side,
Mr. Jealous Monster.
