My Lady - Poem by Andrew Rose
For all the hope you’ve given,
For all the smiles we’ve shared,
For that warm fuzzy felling,
That seems to float round my heart,
Whenever you draw near,
For you who opened my eyes,
To a better life than her,
Who’s saved my heart
From complete collapse,
Just when I was about
To give up
For you,
The lady that’s saved my heart,
My spirit,
And my life
It’s for you that here lays this Rose,
Welcoming you to my Heart…
