My Life's Book Poem by Jean jacques M. Dhybondo

My Life's Book

I have learned something,
Something I want to share:
Nothing is impossible to bear,
You can; only if you dare.
Live life to the full…
Decide on your daily goal,
Plan the day ahead
And set yourself some rules.
Before you act or react; Think!
Take one step at the time,
Don't go over your head.
Know your day before you go into it,
Things won't be easy at a time
But don't let yourself be crushed by that.
Keep your focus and your head up.
Know the enemy within you
Because he is the only one
That can bring you down.
Love yourself; people will love you too…
I've learned something in life;
The darker things look,
The closer is the light.
Hang on to life and don't let go;
Believe that everything will be alright,
No matter what life throws at you.
Believe in who you are
And people will believe in you.
Remember; you can, only if you dare.
That's my life's book,
Come on and take a look,
You might learn things here and there…
