My Life’s Maze Poem by Nobert Mathumo

My Life’s Maze

I was born many moons before this day
Do not mistake this black skin for a fool’s coat
And find reason to gossip in dark corners
Wondering, ’ Who I am'
if you take my carefree-ness for a joke
the less you will know me
it is and will be a battle of you own
-to try and define me, -(but do try and see)

I am at war with none and fear none to run
for I won my race and I got the gift of life
“the gift to life”
Yet to live is to love and to love is to live
And my existence began from a planted seed
Conception not a miss-conception
do I feed your curious mind?
Give you questions without answers?

Am I a missing page that excites you to seek and find
‘My purpose’
Read on dear reader, you the navigator of mind
Read on dear reader maybe you will find’
But my story has just begun
And you have just entered into my life’s maze……….

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Day-1 01/06/15 Time 23: 43 for only time can tell what foot print stays visible to the surface clear and as fallen leaves feed fallen seeds to a tree green, music is created when the wind whistles, and foots steps connive with the ground to make a beat, rhythm of our heart beat. The cycle of life cannot be defined by discretion of one object living but rather the interconnectedness of all living and Levity. This is the beginning of a 16 day journey celebrate my crossover (earth-day on June 16) and every day's work reflects the patterns twists and turns of My life's Maze
