My Life Would Be Better Poem by Breanna Duncan

My Life Would Be Better

My life would be better,
If everything was fair.
Less death and tragic happenings,
With potential lives to spare.

My life would be better,
If people never lied.
Fake love would become true,
And faith wouldn't have died.

My life would be better,
If tears would never show.
Silent pain in private,
And none could ever know.

My life would be better,
If smiles weren't deceiving.
Hearts could smile often,
And lost souls wouldn't be grieving.

My life would be better
If these things could be true
But since it is impossible
These ideas go to you.
