My sisters day of bonding
to set firm tomorrows seek.
Direction fork no longer
path in life to keep.

Blessed am I to know her
the knowledge she imparts.
Intensity of spirit, mind, and presence
impacting deep our hearts.

Friend a word like many
comes to mind with thoughts of her.
Perspective she has offered
when thoughts of mine have blurred.

Clarity found not
in a world of fuzzy vision quest.
She really doesn't understand
how she impacts all the rest.

Quick wit and tongue
when threatened she reveals.
Encasing a beautiful spirit
and pain of how she feels.
