My lucky charm
As long as you're hale and hearty
No one can do me any harm!
You're my vast open fertile farm
covered with miraculous trees, so cool and calm
Where the seeds sown by frenemies are in full bloom
to a weary passerby a soothing balm,
to a lovesick it is pleasantly warm,
The leaves here absorb all abominations
and persistently purify them to boundless affection,
ever laden with flowers fragrant with hope
that intoxicates me to march forward and never to stop
Life may offer hundred hurdles
The road may be full of potholes and puddles
But you preach me to strive and struggle
and pluck from thorns joys in bundles!
My gratitude to you my happy heart
For inspiring in adversity to have a good start
and never to accept defeat, continue to fight,
never to ever break but to stand upright!
