My Pain Poem by Hermione Femalton

My Pain

Rating: 5.0

My world shattered apart;
But I can’t seem to cry.
Everything is sinking,
But my eyes stay quite dry.

How ever much I want to scream
My screams stay in my head.
I’ve lost my voice-lost everything,
My legs feel like lead.

I know that I’m alive;
But I feel like I’m dead,
The night is always here,
Can’t remember what you said.

I can not handle this,
My heart is growing old.
I try hard to keep warm;
But I just grow cold.

When everyone is free;
I’m the one who stays.
When every one is happy;
I’m the one who fades.

I’m the one who starves;
When everybody feeds.
When everybody’s heeled;
I’m the one who bleeds.
