My Rose Flower Poem by Raimi Babatunde

My Rose Flower

Were it possible to open up a calabash
You'll know how obsessed I am about you
Were it possible to know how water entered coconut
You would have known you mean the world to me

Tell me, what holds the cloud in the sky?
Who can hide the glory of the sun?
If principalities and powers cannot stop the stars from shining
None will be able to stop our union

Love is like a rose flower
It blossoms in its beauty
Radiant with sweet smelling frangrance
You are my irressitible rose flower
And I'll love you forever
Just one time, please...
