My Shore Poem by Arunesh Goswami

My Shore

I wait for you all night thru
Though deep inside I know that you wont come to me
You wont come to sweep me away with you
To your abode of love in glory,
I yearn to have a glimpse of you my dear
The venom of love is bit by bit dissolving me!
I'm paralyzed by your amorous loving;
Your eyes are the gateway to the ocean of love
Your breath is alike the briskly wind of spring
They wing me to the heaven above,
Your touch like the lightening spree
Plundering over my entire being
And flood me away to the unavowed serenity,
Where I lose my past and thy future I care no more
Where the true wealths are measured in love
And not in gold and pearls of the forgotten shore;
But tonight you wont come to open thy door?
