My Society Is Unjust Poem by Quir Diing Jr.

My Society Is Unjust

Because I am young
I am alone
Arrested for my right
Crime did
By the rich man’s son
Like a deer
I am not spared
Because
My society is unjust

I am in court
Innocent I was
After then
I am imprisoned
Like money in the bank
As it struggles
For its freedom
Because
My society is unjust.

Money concerned
Country dominated
By them, who?
Indeed the rich
Left in prison
I spend my term
Because
Money lack
While the rich man’s son
Plays, convicted innocent
Because
My society is unjust.
