My Soul Dances Lightly Poem by Fatma Abo El Kiar

My Soul Dances Lightly

My soul dances lightly whenever the air
meets my lustrous locks,
tickling my rosy cheeks

My soul dances lightly whenever Beads of rain
cling to my face,
Carrying a refreshing fragrance

My soul dances lightly whenever the sky and its Starry Eyes stare at me,
Painting colorful story through its cotton-candy

My soul dances lightly whenever the azure sea
Caresses me with gentle waves,
Weaving serene songs through the tides

My soul dances lightly whenever the beauty of nature touches my life,
Leaving its traces all over my life.
