My Stories Of You (Chapter Ten)



They're hunting whales across the universe,
giants made of broken hearts,
born near the lake of time
in the nest of a swan.
They're immovable mountains and yet,
they've fallen in love with you
in every world they went
as their trophies could not match in beauty,
the love of our first kiss.

It started like love
when I said I love you,
but my words didn't fit perfectly in your feathered heart.
I pondered for a bit of time, by the grave that I've made myself,
in your absent love
trying to hate you, but there are others that deserve my hate.
Don't fret lovely, you still have my attention.
In my worlds of love,
I still love you,
more and
more
